USAGE
1. The correct rope length: Take both handles in one hand and stand with one
foot in the loop of the rope. If the handles are at the level of your armpits, the
length is right. The following formula can be used to determine the length by
calculation:
> 167,5 cm
< 167,5 cm
Body height + 91,5 cm
Body height + 85,5 cm
2. Posture of the arms: Make sure that your elbows are slightly bent and always
close to the body, with your wrists at all times in front of your body.
3. The right jump: Perform the movement as effortlessly as possible. Do not try to
jump higher than 3 cm. Absorb the jumps flexibly in your knees.
4. Rhythm: To jump smoothly and evenly, we suggest focusing on one point in
your sight.
5. Double Unders: Try jumping a little higher and swinging the rope twice each
time you jump. This increases the difficulty level and is not recommended for
beginners.
6. Short, intensive jump circles: 10 minutes. Rope skipping is as effective as
30 minutes of endurance training.
7. Highly frequented speed jumping sequences thanks to the ideal
combination of materials.
