Self-Locking Jump Rope

SAFETY WARNING
Use the jump rope only purposefully and keep infants away. Exercise equipment
is not a toy. Strangulation danger! Make sure you have enough space around you,
and remove any objects which might interfere with your workout. For women:
wear a corresponding sports bra. In case of hip, knee, back or joint problems,
please consult the doctor.
FITTING AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE LENGTH
1. Pull both ends of the rope through the respective opening of the handle.
2. The rope length is adjustable by the screw caps: Each side can be inserted
up to 10 cm into the handles. (To find the appropriate length, see usage/point 1)
3. In case the rope is still too long, it can be shortened using pliers. Do cut
precisely to ensure easy insertion of the rope.
