Problem
Sprayer does not run Motor is hot or there is a fault in the

8. Use an Ohm meter to check motor for shorts. Connect
(–) meter lead to motor case. Alternate between moving
the (+) meter lead to the red then the black motor wire.
If the measuring instrument is showing continuity, there
is a short-circuit and the motor needs to be replaced. If
there is no continuity, continue to step 9.

9. Connect the motor connector to the socket(s) on
the controller card again. Connect the power cord,
switch on the on/off switch (position ON) and turn the
pressure regulator knob clockwise half a turn. Replace
the controller card if the motor still does not start up.
Allow sprayer to cool. If sprayer runs when cool, cor-
rect cause of over- heating. Keep spraying system in
cooler location with good ventilation. Make sure motor
air intake is not blocked. If sprayer still does not run,
replace motor.
Turn ON/OFF switch OFF and disconnect power to the
sprayer.
