The terminal block X7 must be set up, positioned and fitted with the identification plates as shown in Figure 5.
2
The 4 feed-through terminals (X7) must be fitted with two connectors (2.5 mm
) as shown in the figure and the
accompanying wiring instructions or circuit diagram. This also applies for fitting the terminal block X1 with the 4
2
6 mm
connectors provided if there is only one shared load feed.

For a separate load feed (electric heater separate), the connectors are not used for X1.
1.4 Electrical connection
The electric wiring of the tubular heater takes place in accordance with the circuit diagram and wiring
instructions provided. The ready-made cable harness must be used for this. The insulation of the individual
cores is printed with connection markings that match the information in the wiring instructions. If the 2-pin
2
connectors 2.5 mm
are not set on the feed-through terminals X7, the electric heater works with 2 kW. The
electric heater delivers a heat output of 4 kW if one connector is set and a 6 kW heat output if two connectors
are set. In the switch box area, the individual cores must be routed in the existing cable ducts as far as possible.
With the wiring change carried out, the electric heater (E10.11) in the buffer tank is decommissioned.
2.0 Commissioning
For commissioning, the specifications in the installation and operating instructions for the heat pump, section
"Heating-side connection", must also be taken into account. Once the electric wiring of the tubular heating
element is complete, the ball valves in the device must be opened again, the system must be filled and the
heating circuit must be purged. The purging of the electric heater must take place on the designated purging
facility (see Figure 2). The "component name" label provided must be used to cover the "component name"
label on the inside of the bottom panel. Then mount the bottom panel of the device and reconnect the power
supply.
