The "pipe bridge" must be dismantled on the drained or unfilled device by loosening the two flat-gasket flanged
unions. Before the tubular heater is mounted in this position, the temperature sensors of the safety temperature
monitor (STM) must be inserted in the immersion sleeves (sensor pipes) of the tubular heater as shown in figure
3 (retrofit installation of the sensors is not possible). The temperature sensors must be fed to the end of the
immersion sleeves. The electric tubular heater can now be installed in place of the pipe bridge (Figure 3). The
existing flat gaskets can be used again for mounting the electric heater (providing they are not damaged).
