Select Profi le
• Selection of a predefi ned or freely defi nable profi le
• The WELDPLAST S1 has six predefi ned Leister profi les and up to ten profi les that can be freely defi ned:
Welding profi les
1 BASIC
2 PE-HD
3 PP
4 PVC-U
5 PVC-C
6 PVDF
7 – 16 Freely defi nable profi les
• Selecting the icon
predefi ned profi les (1 – 6) or a customer-specifi c freely defi nable profi le (7 – 16) can be selected using keys
21/22, „Up"
• If setpoints (profi les 2 – 16) are changed during operation, they will not be saved in the profi le.
• Every time the machine is switched on/off , the values defi ned in the profi le will reappear.
• If you would like to use the last set values when you switch on the machine again, you must select the BASIC (1)
profi le.
• The currently selected profi le can be seen on the left in the status display «Section 1» (29).
Monitoring the welding parameters
• The current plasticizing temperature and air temperature are monitored constantly. If an actual value deviates
from the corresponding setpoint, this is displayed in the working display (28) («Show Set Values» not activated).
• Actual value corresponds to the
setpoint.
