Seite 5: Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung
Industrie-Extruder zum Extrudieren (Schweissen, 3D-Druck) von thermoplastischen Kunststoffen im Behälter-, Ap- parate-, Rohrleitungs- und Deponiebau. Elektrisch leitendes Material (z. B. PE-EL) darf nicht geschweisst werden. Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich original Leister-Ersatzteile und -Zubehör, weil Sie sonst keine Gewährleistungs- oder Garantieansprüche geltend machen können. -

Der Lufterhitzer Typ LHS 21 (14) wird für das Erzeugen der Vorwärmluft benötigt. Die Luftversorgung für den LHS erfolgt via Druckluft. Für den WELDPLAST 200-i sind die LHS 21S mit 230 V / 2000 W vorgesehen, für den WELDPLAST 600-i die LHS 21L, 230 V / 3300 W. -

Spannung von ca. 5 VDC. Das entspricht einer Luftmenge von ca. 500 l/min. In drucklosem Zustand liefert der Drucksensor eine Spannung von 3 VDC (siehe Datenblatt). Heizung Extruder-Plastifiziereinheit Die Heizung der Extruder-Plastifiziereinheit (25) ist mit einer Thermoelement-Sonde ausgestattet. Die Heizung der Plastifiziereinheit kann mit einem Halbleiter-Relais (SSR) geschaltet werden. -

The LHS 21 air heater (14) is required to produce the preheated air. The air for the LHS is supplied via compressed air. For the WELDPLAST 200-i, the LHS 21S air heaters are provided with 230 V / 2000 W; for the WELDPLAST 600-i, the LHS 21L air heaters are provided with 230 V / 3300 W. -
