21 Notes when using the system
• Evacuation of multiple VITA dental furnaces at the same time is not
possible. When vacuum firing programs are started almost simultaneously in
multiple VITA dental furnaces, these will be evacuated one after another.
• Essentially the following applies: The VITA dental furnace that has reached
the corresponding program start temperature is always the one that will start
evacuation.

Error messages

1 • No connection to the MultiPump.
The status display lights up continuously
in red and an audio signal is heard.
The VITA vPad excellence has lost its
connection to the VITA MultiPump.
2 • Vacuum was not established.
There is no communication between the
VITA vPad and VITA MultiPump.

Correcting faults

Check that the connections between
the VITA vPad and VITA MultiPump are
properly seated.
This error message can only be removed
by restarting the VITA dental furnace.
Check whether the VITA MultiPump
is connected to an energy source.
Check whether the VITA MultiPump
is switched on.
Check that the connections between
the VITA vPad and VITA MultiPump are
properly seated.
Restart the VITA dental furnace after the
previous steps have been completed.
