Remedy
Check all electrical connections
between MiniCODER and power
supply, as well as the evaluation
electronics for correctness and
secure
contact, and ensure they are dry.
Replace the damaged compo-
nent.
Determine the cause of the dam-
age and rectify it.
Check the position of the signal
track and reference track and
interchange them if necessary.
Use the testing and programming
unit to check whether the
required value is maintained in all
(climatic) conditions over a com-
plete tooth wheel revolution.
Using a torque wrench, check
whether the fastening screws are
correctly tightened.
Check the assignment of the
direction of rotation using the
testing and programming unit.
Check the configuration using the
testing and programming unit.
Check whether the MiniCODER
supports the mechanical rotation-
al speed of the target wheel.
Determine the error code using
the testing and programming unit
and rectify the cause of the error.
