-Original Rastenanlage und Schalthebel
demontieren (1).
Left hand side:
-Remove original footrest and gear lever (1).
-Grundplatte BM01-GL mit Schrauben M8x30-
7991 und Distanz DS 20-8-6 an Rahmen
befestigen(2).
Anzugsdrehmoment: 20 Nm
-Attach base plate BM01-GL-* with M8x30-7991
bolts and collar DS 20-8-6 onto frame(2).
Tightening torque: 20 Nm
-OEM Gelenkkopf mit Schraube M6x20-7380
und DS 10-6-3 an mittlerer Position UL03L
festschrauben (3).
Anzugsdrehmoment: 10 Nm
-Fit OEM uni-ball onto UL03L with bolt
M6x20-7380 and DS10-6-3 (3).
Tightening torque: 10 Nm
-Schalthebelhöhe einstellen, anschliesen mit
Muttern kontern.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 10 Nm
-Adjust the gear shift lever to the desired height
by turning the gear shift rod, secure gear shaft
on both sides with lock nuts.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm
-Der optimale Einstellwinkel von Schaltarm und
Umlenkung beträgt 90°(4).
-The ideal angle for the gear arm and direction
change arm is 90°(4).
