Adjustable ringing tone

By means of the "Ringer" slide switch on the right-hand side of your telephone
you can choose the settings "SOFT" (
volume of the ringing tone to your requirements. If at any time you do not want
to be disturbed, use the "OFF" (AUS) setting.
4.7

Storing direct and speed dial numbers

You can store a telephone number for direct dialling on each of the buttons
M1, M2 and M3 with your telephone. The direct dial button M3 is coloured red
and is thus suitable for use as an emergency call button. An additional 15
important numbers can be stored as speed dial numbers.

Storing the direct dial buttons

1. Enter the required telephone number using the number pad. The
maximum length is 16 digits.
2. Lift the receiver.
3. Press the store button
4. The display shows "(--)". Now press the required direct dial button M1, M2
or M3 to save the telephone number as a speed dial number. The display
shows the message "GESPEICHERT (STORED)".
5. If a storage location has already been used, the display shows the
message "UEBERSCHREIBEN (OVERWRITE)". The selected storage
location is overwritten with the new telephone number by means of the
button. If you do not want to overwrite the storage location, press one of
the buttons
6. Replace the receiver.

Storing the spedd dial numbers

1. Enter the required telephone number using the number pad. The
maximum length is 16 digits.
2. Lift the receiver.
3. Press the store button
4. Press the speed dial button
5. The display shows "(--)".Now enter the required storage location between
04 and 18 using the number pad and the telephone number entered will
be stored. The display shows the message "GESPEICHERT (STORED)".
6. If a storage location has already been used, the display shows the
message "UEBERSCHREIBEN (OVERWRITE)". The selected storage
location is overwritten with the new telephone number by means of the
button. If you do not want to overwrite the storage location, press one of
the buttons
