10 Faults, causes and remedies

10.1 Electrical faults
• Device does not function even though the supply line is on:
• check fuses
• check the mains outlet

11 Spare parts

Spare parts may be ordered via local specialist technicians and/orWILO cus-
tomer service.
In order to avoid queries and incorrect orders, the entire data on the name plate
should be submitted for each order.
12 Disposal
Disposing of this product properly prevents damage to the environment and
risks to personnel health.
1. Draw on public or private waste management companies for the disposal of
the product or components.
2. For more information on the correct disposal, please contact your local
council or waste disposal office or the supplier from whom you obtained the
product.
