Montage
4.1 Allgemeine Montageinstruktionen
Eine Montage entfällt, wenn der Stellungsregler an
einen Stellantrieb angebaut ausgeliefert wurde.
Diese Betriebsanleitung erläutert die Montage nach
DIN/IEC 534 an Linearantriebe (seitlicher Anbau nach
Namur), die Montage nach VDI/VDE 3845 an Schwenk-
antriebe und den integrierten Anbau an die Regelventile
23/25 + 23/26. Für weitere spezielle antriebsspezifische
Anbauten sind extra Instruktionen beigefügt bzw. anzu-
fordern.
4.2 Betriebsbedingungen am Installationsort
Vor der Montage ist zu prüfen, ob der Stel-
lungsregler die regel- und sicherheitstech-
nischen Anforderungen an der Einbaustelle
(Stellantrieb bzw. Stellglied) erfüllt.
Umgebungstemperatur: -40...+85 °C
Schutzartanforderung: IP 65

Mounting
4.1 General
No mounting work is required if the positioner is already
mounted to the actuator when delivered.
These operating instructions explain the mounting to lin-
ear actuators according to DIN/IEC 534 (lateral attach-
ment according to Namur), to rotary actuators acc. to
VDI/VDE 3845, and the integrated mounting to control
valves 23/25 + 23/26. Instructions for special actuator-
specific attachment are either delivered with the device
or can be ordered from us.
4.2 Operating conditions at the installation site
Before installing check to see if the posi-
tioner meets the control and safety require-
ments of the installation site (actuator or
valve).
