4.4 Montage an Schwenkantriebe VDI/VDE 3845
(Abmessungen siehe Kapitel "Maßbild")
Für den Anbau an Schwenk-
antriebe
werden
spezielle
Anbauteile (siehe Bild 9)
benötigt.
Die
Anbauteile
bestehen aus 2 Lieferpositio-
nen und zwar aus dem Adap-
ter (1.0) und der Konsole
(2.0), jeweils mit Schrauben
(1.1+2.1), Scheiben (1.2+2.2)
und Federringen (1.3+2.3).
Zur Montage (siehe Bild 10)
den Adapter (1.0) auf die
rückseitige Achse des Stel-
lungsreglers stecken und mit
den beiden Gewindestiften
festsetzen, wobei einer der
beiden
Gewindestifte
drehsicher auf die Abfla-
chung der Achse fixiert sein
muß. Anschließend den Stel-
lungsregler mit der Konsole
(2.0) an den Schwenkantrieb
schrauben. Für die Verbin-
dung
„Stellungsregler/Kon-
sole" die 4 Schrauben M6
(1.1) mit den Scheiben (1.2)
und den Federringen (1.3) verwenden und für die Ver-
bindung „Konsole/Schwenkantrieb" die 4 Schrauben M5
(2.1) mit den Scheiben (2.2) und den Federringen (2.3).

the spring washers (2.3) for the connection „mounting
bracket/rotary actuator".
Special mounting parts are
necessary for the attachment
to rotary actuators (see Fig-
ure 9). These include 2 deliv-
ery items: Adapter (1.0) and
mounting bracket (2.0), with
corresponding
screws
(1.1+2.1),
plain
washers
(1.2+2.2) and spring washers
(1.3+2.3).
Mount the adapter (1.0) (see
Figure 10) to the rear axle of
the positioner and fix it with
the two setscrews. One of
the setscrews has to be fixed
rotation-free to the flattening
of the axle . Screw the posi-
tioner
with
the
mounting
bracket (2.0) to the rotary
actuator. Use the 4 screws
M6 (1.1) with the washers
(1.2) and the spring washers
(1.3) for the connection "posi-
tioner/mounting bracket".
Use the 4 screws M5 (2.1)
with the washers (2.2) and
