TRAINING
With the training program you can set your target time at a set distance and try to finish within this
set time. The computer will constantly update the estimated finishing time depending on your current
speed. Press program key and use the incline or speed keys to select the TRAINING program. Confirm by
pressing ENTER.
1. Set your target time by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing ENTER.
2. Set the desired running distance by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing ENTER.
3. Press START to start the training session.
During exercise, the LED window will show your current pace in Minutes / Kilometer (M/L). Also, the ex-
pected finishing time calculated on your current speed and pace is displayed. The time window on top
will show the elapsed time. The distance window will show the remaining distance. During workout the
speed and incline can be changed with the incline or speed keys or by the Rapid Shift Paddles in the hand
rail. The training session is finished when the set distance is reached. The computer will now show your
result: Better than target pace, achieved the target pace or slower than the target pace.

For exercising with your smart phone or tablet you need to download one
of the available apps.
Currently there are three compatible apps available for this device:
Fit Hi Way
The Fit Hi Way app lets you control your treadmill with your smart phone or tablet. It is also possible
to set your personal fitness goals and keep them logged. Virtual training courses across the globe with
Google maps and street view are available - or race with your friends in the multiplayer race mode.
Download the Fit Hi Way app in the app or play store by searching for 'Fit Hi Way' or follow one of the
links below.

Connect Fit Hi Way app to your training device
For Apple devices:
1. Go to the settings of or your smartphone or tablet and turn Bluetooth® on.
2. Open the Fit Hi Way app.
3. Once opening, a pop-up window will appear with a list of available Bluetooth® devices.
It may take some time before your treadmill is visible. Once visible select TREADMILL.
4. If the pop-up does not appear, tap „Connect mode".
5. Start exercising.
For Android devices:
1. Go to the settings of or your smartphone or tablet and turn Bluetooth® on.
2. Open the Fit Hi Way App and press 'Connect Mode' . Then press 'Searching BT'.
3. The app is now searching for available Bluetooth® devices. Once TREADMILL appears connect to it.
Enter password '0000'.
4. The 'Connection mode' symbol now indicates that the app has been connected with your SF-2200.
5. Start exercising.
