MANUAL MODE
With the manual mode you can set the preferred speed and incline level during the entire workout
manually. Press program key or use the incline or speed keys to select MANUAL. Confirm by pressing the
ENTER key.
You are able to set time, distance or burned calories as one of the target values. Or you can start di-
rectly by pressing the START button.
1. Choose between time, distance or burned calories to set as one target value by pressing the
ENTER key.
2. Set the chosen target value by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the START key.
The training will start at the lowest incline level and speed. During the training session the speed and
incline can be changed with the incline or speed keys or by the Rapid Shift Paddles in the hand rail. The
training session is finished when the set target value is reached. The computer will now automatically
switch into cool down mode. Press STOP if you want to cancel the cool down mode.
PROGRAM
There are 20 preset programs. Speed and incline levels will automatically be adjusted according to the
selected program. In this manual you can find an overview of the speed and incline profiles of all the 20
preset programs. With a training program you can set your target time at a set distance and try to finish
the course within this set time. The computer will constantly update the estimated finishing time depen-
ding on your current speed. Press program key and use the incline or speed keys to select PROGRAM.
Confirm by pressing the START key.
1. Select one of the 20 preset programs by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the
ENTER key.
2. Choose between time, distance or burned calories to set as one of target values by pressing ENTER
key.
3. Set the chosen target value by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the START key.
During the training session the speed and incline level of the current segment can be changed with the
incline or speed keys or by the Rapid Shift Paddles in the hand rail. The training is finished the set target
value is reached. The computer will now automatically go into cool down program. Press STOP if you
want to cancel the cool down program.
USER PROGRAM
You are able to create and save four (U1-U4) own programs. Each program is divided into 16 segments.
For each segment the Speed and Incline level can be set. Select the USER program in the main menu by
pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key. Create a new program:
1. Select one of the four user programs to edit our creation by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm
by pressing the ENTER key.
2. Set the desired training duration by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing ENTER.
3. Now you are able to set the speed and incline level of all segments. The selected segment will flash
and the speed window will show SPEED. Set the desired speed for this segment by pressing the speed
keys. Confirm and move to the next segment by pressing the enter key. Repeat this step for all
segments.
4. After setting the speed for all segments. The display will now flash the first segment again. Now the
bottom M window shows INCLINE and you are able to set the incline level of all segments by
pressing the incline keys. Confirm by pressing ENTER.
5. After all segments are set to your liking, press START to start the training session. The program will
be saved automatically.
Selecting a previously saved program
1.
Select the desired user program by pressing the incline or speed keys.
2.
Now press START to directly start the program.
During workout, speed and incline of the current segment can be changed with the incline or speed keys
or by the Rapid Shift Paddles in the hand rail. The training session is finished when the set time has been
elapsed. The computer will now automatically switch into cool down mode. Press STOP if you want to
cancel the cool down mode.
