Display Values
Incline: The current incline level.
Distance: The elapsed or remaining distance.
Time: The elapsed or remaining time.
Pulse: The computer is showing the user's heart rate in beats per minute measured by the hand pulse
sensors or by an optional chest belt.
Calories: An indication of the burned calories.
8x16 point matrix window: Display the current speed and incline profile.
Bottom M window: Display operating distance and notification.
First use
Set the on / off switch on the back of the treadmills motor cover to "I". Then place the safety key into the
provided slot at the front of the computer and attach the clip on the other end to your clothes. During
the start-up of the computer it will show the current software version together with the total distance
and exercise time. Now you are able to setup you user profile by entering personal information; gender,
age, height and weight. These settings are used for calculating your maximum heart rate needed for the
heart rate controlled programs and for the body fat test.

First set your gender by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the ENTER key.

Set your age, then your height and your weight by pressing the incline or speed keys.
Always confirm by pressing the ENTER key.
You are now ready to start your workout.
Standby
After five minutes of inactivity the computer will automatically switch to standby mode. Re-insert the
safety key to wake up the computer.
Pause or Stop a training session
During a training session you can pause the session by pressing the STOP key on the control panel. To
resume the training press the START key, to quit the training press the STOP button again.
Cool Down
By pressing the COOL DOWN key during a training session the cool down mode will start. The speed of
the belt will slowly decrease to a full stop within 2 to 3 minutes.
LED running guide lights
The device features LED lights at both sides of the running deck. You can set these lights into different
modes and colours. Setup the running guide lights by pressing the LED key within the main menu or na-
vigate to this option by using the incline or speed keys. The LED running guides can be set to 3 different
modes or can be turned off completely:
Running mode: The LEDs change colour according to the selected speed.
0-6 km/h - yellow, 6,1-12 km/h - green, >12 km/h - red.
Neutral mode:
The LEDs light up in neutral white colour.
Multi-colour mode: Select your own preferred colour, like red, blue, green, orange, pink or
OFF: The ruining guide LED will be completely off.
During a training session the different LED modes can be toggled by pressing the LED key.
