EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE CARD

Extraordinary maintenance must be entrusted to a trained engineer in
possession of original spare parts.
The first intervention must be carried out after three months from the
installation, the other interventions should take place every six months.

At every intervention: check on the display the maximum temperatures registered
and the alarms*
At every intervention: check the aspirator noisiness*
At every intervention: check the state of ordinary maintenance**
At every intervention: make sure that Magnolia products and methods are used**
Before any intervention disconnect the machine and lock the isolator if necessary
Every six months: replace the absolute fi lter (if present) on the exhausted air
With the fi rst intervention: make sure that the terminals inside the electric control
panel are fastened
Every six months: check the Hydrocyclone conditions from the inside***
Ogni sei mesi: controllare internamente le condizioni del separatore centrifugo***
Once a year check the shaft of the recirclulating valve and replace the rubber
parts
Once a year replace the rubber parts of the draining valves
Every 5 years or 10.000 hours replace the bearings
* In case of alarms : eliminate the causes which have provoked it.
** In case the maintenance is not carried out or in case it is not carried out properly retrain the staff if
necessary and inform the person in charge.
*** At every intervention replace the sealing O rings.
This maintenance fi le is useful to keep in mind some practical operations but it does not let the users
