The ICT 2 sensor can be installed directly in tanks and pipework, or as an adapter
through a flange or immersion fitting.
1. Carry out the commissioning before the installation of the sensor up to and
including the zero point calibration.
2. Install the sensor in the opening of the medium-transporting pipework or tank and
ensure that the flat seal sits against the inside of the pipework or tank.
In fluid media, the sensor head hole must be placed in the centre of the pipe cross-
section.
3. Turn the sensor so that the sensor head hole points in the direction of the flow
(arrow).
NOTICE!
Defined tightening torque
The tightening torque must be adhered to. If not, during operation the system
could suffer subsequent damage.
4. Tighten the lock nuts to 20 Nm.
