6.3 Fitting
Complete the following steps for fitting the product:

10) Lay the shoulder flaps onto the shoulder.
11) Open the hook-and-loop closure on the
shoulder.
12) With the other hand, put on the shoulder
loop.
13) Fasten the hook-and-loop closure on the
shoulder.
1) Have the patient stand up.
→ The patient has to stand.
2) Put on the product.
INFORMATION:
closure on the shoulder must be
fastened so it is centred in the area of
the sleeve.
3) Check the strap position. The straps
should overlap the shoulder flap by at least
7 cm.
4) Tighten the strap and secure it in coordina­
tion with the patient.
INFORMATION: Make sure the strap is
not twisted.
