PROBLEM
There is nothing on the
display .
The appliance does not
respond to pressing the
buttons.
The appliance does not start
cooking.
The turntable makes a
loud noise when turning.
The light inside the micro-
wave is not working.

► Never try replace the light bulb yourself. Opening the appliance housing could cause
the release of microwave energy.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The plug is not inserted into
a mains power socket.
The mains power socket is
defective.
The display is defective.
The child safety lock is
activated.
The door is not properly
closed.
The turntable is not
correctly positioned on the
catch.
The small rollers and/
or the floor of the cooking
chamber are unclean.
The light bulb is possibly
defective.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Check the plug.
Try another mains power
socket.
Contact Customer Service.
Deactivate the child safety
lock (see section "Opera-
tion").
Close the door properly.
Place the turntable
correctly in the cooking
chamber.
Clean the rollers and the
floor.
Contact the Customer
Service department.
