• the camera or connected power supply units do not
operate any longer
• after longer storage under unfavourable conditions
• after exposure to extraordinary stress caused by
transport.
In a fault scenario power supply units can have an out-
put of above 50 VDC, from which dangers can be
caused, even if the output voltage of the power supply
unit is lower.
Before cleaning the camera or connected power
supply units or performing maintenance, the follow-
ing safety notes must be observed:
When opening covers or removing parts you
may expose live parts. Therefore, disconnect
the device from all voltage sources before
you perform maintenance work or repairs.
Capacitors inside the device may still carry
voltage, even though you have disconnected
all voltage sources. Never replace damaged
connecting cables of power supply units
yourself. Disconnect them from the mains
and take them to a specialised repair shop.
Repairs may only be carried out by qualified
personnel who are familiar with the haz-
ards involved and the relevant regulations.

Moreover, this involves dangers, such as e.g., short-cir-
cuit, burns, electric shock, etc. No part of the product
may be modified or rebuilt.
Always observe the safety instructions and technical data.

invalid in the event of damage that results
from the non-observance of the operating

age to property or for personal injuries
caused by improper use or non-obser-
vance of safety instructions. Guarantees
will not be accepted in any such case.
The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the
camera is inadmissible because of safety and approval
reasons (CE).

or the connection of the device, please contact an
