3. Safety Notices

The guarantee/warranty will be void if damage is incurred resul-
ting from non-compliance with the operating instructions. We
will not assume any responsibility for consequential damage!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal
injury caused by improper use or failure to observe the safety
instructions. In such cases the warranty/guarantee is voided.
• The camera must not be modified or rebuilt, as not only the CE
approval will become void but also the warranty/guarantee.
• Adjust the "DC lens adjustment switch" (1) very slowly to avoid
damage to the device.
• The camera must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct
sunlight, intense vibration or heavy mechanical stress.
• If the devices are used in connection with other devices e.g. a
screen and mains adapter, the operating instructions and security
notices of these devices must be observed absolutely.
• The operation of this surveillance camera is no substitute for your
responsibility to supervise children or other people in need of
special care. It only serves as a support.
• After rapid changes in temperature, the camera requires a certain
time to stabilise and adjust to the ambient temperature before it
can be operated.
• Electronic devices are no toys and should be kept out of the reach
of children!
• Please contact a qualified person if you are unsure about the safe-
ty and correct use of the camera.
• Never let the packaging material lie around unattended. Plastic foil /
bags etc. can become a dangerous toy for children; there is a risk
of suffocation.
