Scan function
The scan function enables you to monitor all the available channels
without having to constantly press buttons.
Press one of the two selector
buttons for a period in excess
of two seconds to activate the
scan function.
If a channel is received on
which somebody is talking, the
appliance interrupts the scan
function for approx. five se-
conds.
If neither of the two selector
buttons is operated during this
five-second period, the scan
function continues from where
it left off.
Keypad lock
This function enables you to lock all Pocket Com's buttons and
switches to prevent any change being made accidentally to the ad-
justments that have been set.

being found on which somebo-
dy is speaking, the scan func-
tion simply continues until you
interrupt it by pressing the
"Transmit" button (6), the "Call"
button (5) or the "Mon" button

L'actionnement de la touche
Power (9) permet de mettre en
marche et d'arrêter l'appareil.
Sélection d'un canal :
Les touches de sélection "up"
(2) et "down" (3) permettent de
régler le canal d'émission vou-
lu.
Vous disposez de 69 différents
canaux.
Réglage du volume sonore
a) Appuyer une fois sur la tou-
che "Mode" (10). L'écran affi-
che le volume sonore réglé.
b) Régler le volume sonore à la
valeur voulue au moyen des
touches de sélection "up" (2) et
"down" (3).
Après la mise en marche,
l'écran affiche tout d'abord le
dernier canal réglé / la dernière
fonction utilisée.
Nota !
Le fait de maintenir la touche
de sélection appuyée pendant
un certain temps accélère la vi-
tesse de réglage (balayage ra-
pide)
Une liaison radio entre deux
appareils LPD ne peut être éta-
blie que si les deux appareils
sont réglés sur la même fré-
quence.
Nota !
Le réglage du volume sonore
comporte huit niveaux (1 à 8).
Si aucune touche de sélection
n'est actionnée dans un délai
de 5 secondes, l'appareil dé-
sactive automatiquement
réglage du volume sonore.
