USING THE LINE TRIMMER
See Fig 5-10
WARNING
This product may throw objects during operation,
causing injury to the operator or to bystanders.
Always wear suitable eye protection, boots,
gloves, and long trousers while operating the
product.
STARTING
Before you start work, check the trimmer body and
cutting head for damage. Do not use damaged units.
Make sure that the area to be cut is free of stones,
debris, wires and any other objects.
Make sure the height of line trimmer is in most
comfortable position before use. Adjust the height by
loosen the function collar , then pulling/pushing the
tubes to a comfortable length then tighten the function
collar (Fig. 9).
The auxiliary handle degree can be adjustable, just
loosen the knob and rotate the auxiliary handle as
a comfortable position and then tighten the knob
securely (Fig.3).
Secure the cord using the cord retainer. Loop the cord
through the cord retainer slot then around the tongue.
The cord retainer helps prevent accidental unplugging
of the cord (Fig. 5 ).
Connect the plug of the line trimmer to the electric
supply. The live tool indicator will show a blue light
once the unit is connected to electric power.
Before doing any grass cutting, check that the nylon
line touch or pass over the cut-off blade, if they are
not long enough, press the release button and pull the
line at the same time.
Hold the line trimmer securely a short distance above
ground and switch the line trimmer on by squeezing
the trigger. The line can be extension about 19mm
every time once turn the trimmer on.
Adjustable angles (Fig.6 ) Press the inclining button
the trimmer head can be turned to achieve different
angles for cutting less accessible or more awkward
places. There has three different angles can be
selected.
Lawn Edging (Fig.7a, 7b, fig 10 ) When the trimmer is
used for lawn edging, loosen the function collar and
rotate the trimmer head 90º and pull the tube with
a comfortable length then tighten the function collar
securely,.

before starting work to make sure that everything is
functioning properly and to familiarize yourself with
the line trimmer.
OPERATING THE TRIMMER
Do not start the trimmer when it is upside down or
when not in working position.
Switch the trimmer on before the line makes contact
with the grass and ensure the line is not touching
stones or debris.
Switch the line trimmer on by squeezing the trigger
with your index finger.
To switch off the line trimmer, simply release the
trigger.
Start off slowly, when you have gained experience,
you will be able to use the line trimmer to its full
potential.
WARNING
Keep a firm grip with both hands during
operation.
Cut the grass by moving the line trimmer from right to
left, left to right with the line parallel to the ground and
proceeding forward slowly.
High grass should be cut in layers, always begin from
the top. The cuts should be short.
Do not cut damp or wet grass. Dry grass will give
excellent results.
Always let the line rotate at top speed. Do not work in
such a way as to overload the trimmer.
Avoid wearing the line out quickly by knocking against
hard objects (stones, walls, fences etc.).
Never pass the line trimmer over the electric cable
while the line trimmer is running; make sure the cable
is always in safe position behind your back.
CAUTION
After switching off, the nylon line will continue to rotate for
a few more seconds.
SAFETY GUARD LINE TRIMMING CUT-OFF BLADE
This trimmer is equipped with a line trimming cut-off
blade on the safety guard. When the line is worn or
broken, switch off the trimmer, after a few seconds switch
it on, then the fresh lines will be released from the spool
automatic, after the lines released long enough it can be
trimmed to optimum length by the cut-off blade. Advance
line whenever you hear the engine running faster than
normal and when it is apparent the line is worn or broken.
This will maintain best cutting performance.
