SET ADDR
This button is used to set the DMX starting address.
Set the DMX starting address with the keys (0-9).
The buttons +/- cannot be used for setting here.
SET CHANNEL MODE
This button is used to set the DMX operating mode (Ch1-Ch7).
Use the buttons +/- or the number keys (0-9) to set the number of DMX channels.
When a value that is not supported by the device is set with the number buttons here, the effect
light will flash briefly thrice.

14. Handling

• Never connect the mains plug to a mains socket immediately after the device has been taken from a cold
to a warm environment. The resulting condensation may destroy the device. Allow the device to reach
room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation has evaporated.
• Never plug in or unplug the mains plug when your hands are wet.
• Never pull the mains plug from the mains socket by the cable. Only pull it from the mains socket by the
intended grip areas.
• Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket if you are not using the device for an extended period of
time.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket during thunderstorms for reasons of safety.
• Do not cover the device to ensure sufficient ventilation. Air circulation also must not be impaired by any
objects like magazines, tablecloths, curtains, etc. During operation, keep a minimum distance of 0.5 m
around the device.
