STORING STATIONS INTO MEMORY
HOW TO STORE A FREQUENCY INTO MEMORY
There are 24 memories, 6 each assigned to FM, MW (the AM band), SW1 and
SW2. To store a station into memory, first tune to that station. Then decide
which of the 6 memories to store it into. To store it, press
one of the buttons 1-6, then
Here is a specific example. To store BBC's evening frequency to North
America, 5975 kilohertz, into SW1's memory 1, turn on the radio and do
the following:
1. Press and release the "band"button until SW1 appears in the bottom display area.
2. Press and release the "entry"button, then 5 9 7 5, then "entry"again.
3. Press and release the "MEMORY"button.
4. Immediately press and release the 1 button, then "MEMORY"again.

COMMENT SAUVEGARDER UNE FRÉQUENCE EN MÉMOIRE
Il y a 24 mémoires disponibles, 6 attribuées à chacune des bandes : FM, MW (bande
AM), SW1 et SW2. Pour sauvegarder une station dans la mémoire du poste, il faut être
accordé sur cette station. Il faut ensuite déterminer quelle mémoire on va utiliser parmi
les 6 disponibles. Pour sauvegarder, appuyer sur « MEMORY » (Mémoire), puis sur
l'un des boutons 1 à 6, puis à nouveau sur « MEMORY ».
Voici un exemple spécifique : Pour sauvegarder la fréquence de 5975 kHz de la BBC le
soir, en Amérique du Nord, dans la mémoire 1 de la bande SW1, allumer le poste de
radio et procéder ainsi :
1. Appuyer et relâcher le bouton « band » (bande) jusqu'à ce que SW1
apparaisse en bas, dans l'affichage.
2. Appuyer et relâcher le bouton « entry » (accès), puis sur les boutons 5 9 7 5, et
à nouveau sur « entry ».
3. Appuyer sur le bouton « MEMORY » (Mémoire).
4. Immédiatement après, appuyer et relâcher le bouton 1, puis à nouveau le
bouton « MEMORY » (Mémoire).
