CD/MP3-CD Playback

The device will play the following types of CD:
- Audio CD (COMPACT DISC DIGITAL AUDIO)
- Audio CD-R / CD-RW
- MP3 CD-R / CD-RW
Title
1. Open the CD tray (16) by pressing OPEN/CLOSE (24) on the audio centre. Insert the CD into the tray.
Make sure that the printed side of the CD faces upwards.
2. Press the "FUNCTION" key (8) as often as is necessary until the audio centre is in CD mode
3. The CD will be scanned and after a few seconds the number of titles/total playing time of the CD,
alterately the number of albums/number of tracks on the CD-MP3, will be indicated in the display.
4. Press the PLAY button (5) to start CD playback.
5. Set the required volume using the volume control (6) on the audio centre, alternately using the volume
buttons (25) on the remote control.
6. The PLAY/PAUSE (5) button is used to interrupt playback for a short period (Pause). Pressing this but-
ton again restarts playback at the point of interruption.
7. Press the UP/FF button DDI (forwards) or the DOWN/REW button IGG (backwards) (3) to select a
title. Pressing and holding the button allows searching within the track itself.
8. On playback of an MP3-CD with directories, the required album/directory can be chosen using the
ALBUM button (29) on the remote control. With the IGG DOWN/REW or UP/FF button DDI (3) the
desired track on the album can be selected.
9. Press the STOP Taste (4) to stop the playback of the CD.
