4. Press and hold the TUNING/SKIP button IGG or the TUNING/SKIP button DDI (3) until the automatic
search begins The station search stops at the first broadcasting station with good reception quality. To
restart the station search, press and hold one of the TUNING/SKIP keys again until the station search
starts. The search is interrupted by pressing the button (3) again.
5. Reception frequency can also be set manually using the buttons (3). This is done by pressing the IGG
TUNING/SKIP buttons DDI (3).
6. Set the required volume using the volume control (6) on the audio centre, alternately using the volume
buttons (31) on the remote control.
7. Where reception of an FM stereo station is weak, switch to mono. To do this, press the ST./MONO but-
ton (30). As soon as a new search is begun and a stereo station found, the device will switch back to
stereo mode. ((ST)) will appear in the LCD display.

Programming of Radio Stations

1. As previously described, set the desired radio frequency using the IGG TUNING/SKIP buttons
DDI (3).
2. Press the MEM key (11) on the remote control.
3. Select the desired memory position using the buttons PRESET -/+ (29) on the remote control.
4. The radio station heard can be saved to memory using the MEM button (11).
5. Repeat steps 1 -4 until you have programmed all stations.
6. Recall of the desired memory position is made using the PRESET buttons (29) on the remote control
whilst in radio mode.
30 MW and 10 AM stations can be saved. If no entry is made for a period of five sec-
onds or longer, the device will automatically switch out of programming mode.

CD/MP3-CD Playback

The device will play the following types of CD:
- Audio CD (COMPACT DISC DIGITAL AUDIO)
- Audio CD-R / CD-RW
- MP3 CD-R / CD-RW
1. Open the CD tray by pressing OPEN/CLOSE (7) on the audio centre. Insert the CD into the tray. Make
sure that the printed side of the CD faces upwards.
2. Press the FUNCTION (8) button until CD mode is reached.
