25. Trouble – shooting LED
The following errors are displayed by the LEDs:
Yellow LED (1) is light permanent:
•
Over temperature, is light until the unit is cooled down (frequent error)
Main power consumption to high (less error)
Yellow LED (2) is light permanent:
•
Air pressure to low, check air supply
Yellow LED (2) is flashing:
•
Safety control, torch cap not mounted or electrode is defective
Red LED (3) is light permanent:
•
Normal operation, pilot arc or welding current is active

26. Trouble-Shooting

Malfunction/error
Mains connected and master
switch in pos."I" /'mains'
Control lamp is not lit
Torch trigger is pressed down -
no function (no air)
Pilot arc is available / however,
total failure of cutting arc
cutting arc available, however,

Remedy
Check mains fuse; if required, increase
fuse protection,
Check mains cable
Check torch head
Check torch trigger
