Step 3:
Attach the footrest holder (41) at the connecting tubes (28).
1. Push the footrest holder (41) at the connecting tubes (28R) and adjust
the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
2. Push the bolts (34) through the holes and tighten the footrest holder (41)
at connection tube (28R) with washer (35) and nut (36) firmly.
(This connection point has to move easily. So please don't tighten the
screw too much.)
3. Install the left footrest holder (41) incl. all additionally required parts on
the left hand side of the machine as described in 1. – 2.
4. Push the screw caps M8-13 (31) onto the screw head of screw (34) and
the screw caps M8-13 (60) onto the nuts (36).
Step 4:
Attach the footrest holder (41) and the connecting tubes (28).
1. Push the axle support (18) centrally into the tube welded crosswise to
the handlebar post (17).
2. Place the preassembled unit of the right footrest holder (41) and one
connecting tube (28R) at the right hand side of the main frame (1).
(Note: Right is specified as viewed standing on the machine during
training.)
3. Push onto the shaft of support (18) the connection tube (28R). Then put
on the screw (55) a washer 8//32 (54) and tighten it firmly.
4. Put onto the axle's screw (43R) one wave washer (44).and put the foot
pedal holder (56) at the pedal crank (10). Tighten them with spring washer
(50) and nut (51R) firmly. Then put a screw cap (52) onto the nut (51R).
(Note: The screws (51L&R) are marked with "L" for left and "R" for right.
Please use appropriate nut for left and right screw)
5. Install the left footrest holder (41) incl. all additionally required parts on
the left hand side of the machine as described in 2. – 4.
6. Now tighten the pre-connected screws (13) of step 2 firmly and push
the handlebar cover (14) into deepest position.
Step 5:
Attach the foot pedal (40) at the footrest holder (41).
1. Push the right footrest (40R) onto the right footrest holder (41). Adjust
the holes in the parts so that they are aligned.
2. Push the screws (37) from above through the holes. Push on a washer
(38) from the opposite side, screw on a nut (39) and tighten firmly.
3. Install the left footrest (40L) on the left footrest holder (41) as described
in 1.– 2. (Note: The right and left footrests can be discerned by the
edges of the longitudinal sides of the footrests. The high edges of the
footrests (40L) and (40R) must point inwards (towards the main frame
(1).))
4. Push the screw caps for M10 (48) onto the screw head of screw (49)
and nuts (47).
