5 Installation

5.1 General

ATTENTION!
Install the device in a location that is capable of withstanding the weight
of the system.
The following connections need to be established on the heat
pump:
Flow and return of the refrigerant pipe

 Flow for heating and domestic hot water preparation
 Joint return for heating and domestic hot water preparation
 Outflows for the pressure relief valves
 Condensate drain
 Power supply
 Temperature sensor

ATTENTION!

If the indoor unit is mounted 4 or more metres higher than the outdoor
unit, a cooling technology specialist must perform a separate check to
ensure that the devices for conveying the oil up and down the pipes have
been installed correctly in the hot gas pipe.
 Do not install any heat source in the vicinity of the device.
 Ensure that there is a good circulation of air inside the room.
The noise which will be generated in the room should be

taken into account.
 The minimum distances marked by arrows must be
maintained.
 The device must be installed on the wall vertically.
 The device must be mounted in a room which is free of frost.
