5. Safety Notices

Damages caused by non-compliance with this operating
manual lead to an expiration of the warranty! We will not
assume any liability for subsequent damages!
We will not assume any liability for damages to items or
persons caused by improper handling or non-compliance
with the safety notices! Any guarantee claims will be null and
void in such cases.

a) General

• Do not use this product in hospitals or medical facilities. Although the
product only emits relatively weak radio signals, these may cause
interferences with life-sustaining systems.
The same possibly applies in other areas as well.
• For reasons of safety and licensing (CE) it is not allowed to alter respectively
modify the product.
• This product is not suited for children.
• Do not leave the packaging material lying around. Plastic foils and bags,
polystyrene parts etc. are dangerous toys in the hands of children.
• Handle the product with care! Blows or hits or dropping it even from a low
height will damage it.

b) Batteries and Accumulators

• Batteries/accumulators do not belong in the hands of children.
• Observe the right polarity when inserting the batteries/accumulators.
• Do not leave batteries/accumulators lying around. Pets or small children
might swallow them. If swallowed, contact a doctor immediately.
• Leaking or damaged batteries/accumulators may lead to injuries of the skin.
Therefore, use suitable protective gloves when changing them.
• Make sure that batteries/accumulators are not thrown into the fire or short-
circuited. Danger of explosion!
