Faults without display on the console

Fault Possible cause

Compressed air supply has too little pressure or
the compressor output is low.
The filter insert in the water separator is plugged. Replace the filter inlay in the water separator.
Spray agent hose or jet pistol is blocked
No dry ice pel- Dry ice dosing switched off (IB 7/40 Advanced on-
lets in the com- ly), button "Dry ice dosing on/off" on the jet gun
pressed air jet lights glows red, display shows "Ice off".
Dry ice container is empty
Dry ice has melted
Vibrator on the dry ice container is not working
Drive motor of the dosing equipment is overload-
ed
Compressed air is exiting into the dry ice contain-
er
Dosing disc in the dosing unit is defective
Remedy
Check pressure level.
Set the jet pressure to a higher level.
Check power supply. Indicator lamp "Device
on" must glow green.
Release emergency-stop button by turning. In-
dicator lamp "Device on" must glow green.
Check connection between control cable and
the jet pistol and between the control cable and
the device.
Replace spray agent hose.
Set the jet pressure to a higher level.
Check pressure and output.
Let the spray agent hose and jet pistol come to
room temperature and remove the blocking. In-
crease working pressure and / or reduce the
dry ice dosing.
Press the dry ice dosing key on the jet pistol.
Refill the dry ice container
Empty the dry ice container and refill it with
fresh dry ice pellets.
Call Customer Service.
Let the dosing thaw
Clean the pressure balance channel in the dos-
ing equipment.
Replace the dosing disc.
