Setting Key Beep

Setting OFF turns the ringer off. In the Standby mode „Ringer Off" appears in the display. When a
call comes in, only the incoming call message and icon appear on the display with the blinking icon.
Setting Key Beep
Every time you press a key, your handset acknowledges it with a key tone. You can set your hand-
set with a different key tone or to disable the key tones for a silent use.
For a normal use, we recommend to leave the key beeps enabled: they make the use of the phone
easier.
For a complete silent use, you can also switch the charging beep off as explained in
bling/Disabling Charging Beep on page

Select Beep
OFF
Press repeatedly the navigation keys to
choose the volume level you want. Each time
SELECT
you press the navigation keys, the handset
sounds with the selected loudness.
Press the SELECT soft key to save the setting.
Press the end/on/off key to return to Standby
mode (waiting for incoming calls).
MENU
Press the MENU soft key to display the main
menu items.
SELECT
Press the navigation keys to choose 2.Sound,
and press the SELECT soft key.
Press the SELECT soft key to access 1.Key
SELECT
Beep option. The current setting appears inside
the box.
Press repeatedly the navigation keys to scroll
through the desired setting:
SELECT
OFF - key tones disabled
TYPE 1 to TYPE 3 - Selection among 3 dif-
ferent key tones
Press the SELECT soft key to save the setting.
Press the end/on/off key to return to Standby
mode.
