Phonebook

The phonebook built in your cordless phone allows you to store frequently used numbers so that

you can easily make a call without having to remember or enter the phone number. Moreover, it

reduces the risks of wrong dialing. You can store up to 200 entries in your internal phonebook, each

of them contains a fixed line number and a mobile one which can be independently associated to a

different ring.

You can store the phonebook entries in the below stated modes: by using the phonebook menu or

in Standby mode.

Should you own a GSM phone, you can also directly copy the numbers stored in your SIM card into

your COMfortel DECT 650C. Please see the

To enter a specific alphanumeric character, press one or more times the relevant key for the

required character according to the following table: once for the first character, twice for the second

and so on.

Select other letters in the same way taking care of the following rules:

The cursor moves to the right when you press a different key.

When entering the same letter twice or a different letter on the same key, wait for a few seconds

for the cursor to move automatically, and then select the next letter.

If necessary, you can edit the text in this way. You can move the cursor to the left or right by using

the left or right navigation keys.

To delete letters, use the CANCEL soft key.

If you want to shift the case while entering letter, press the # key.
