7. Commissioning
7.1 Preconditions
Please see Installation and operating Instructions for DVV/DVVI!
7.2 Commissioning
Check:
Assembling of the FSL with DVV (fixing, eventual deformations);
Installation residuals and foreign objects have been removed from the fan and ducts;
Then start the fan and check it for proper operation (opening of flaps, eventual vibrations).
8. Maintenance/trouble setting
The following must be controlled periodically (according to system maintenance book, minimum once a year, more
frequently depending on operating conditions):
Check the function of the flaps – smoothly opening and closing;
Check the bearings, if the gap has not increased – the flaps must not influence on each other;
Check all joints, if everything is properly fastened.
