* : The modules EVDxx sends every 500ms an actual position value to the EDSx module.
Note
This value is used for display and for output via serial interface. Overuse querying this
value has no effect on the refresh rate. Moving the actuator above this frequency causes
alias effects, which mean the output values represents not more the real signal sequence.
Example of command use
An actuator with 80μm displacement in closed loop should have a swing in rectangle mode from
20μm to 50μm. The actuator is plugged into channel 2 (amplifier 3) --> position 3 f.l.. It should stay
on 20μm for 50ms and on 50μm for 150ms. The value from measurement system is then sent to
the monitor output.
