1. The present limited warranty applies for a period of 12 (twelve) months starting from the
invoice date on all our products included in the Professional Coffee Machines Price List only.
2. The manufacture, at its sole discretion, permits that it will repair or replace machine parts
where such product is defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty
only applies for original parts and components, and is void, both for the parts and the
machines, in the event of any use of unapproved components.
3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of machines and parts, as well as damages
or accidents resulting from negligence or carelessness in the machine use.
4. The warranty does not apply to electrical parts and to damages caused by transport, by
incorrect installation, by unauthorized service personnel, by use in an improper manner of
the machine or inconsistent with the one the machine was made for, or, through
circumstances which cannot be ascribed to workmanship or material defects.
5. The warranty does not apply to technical service related to the machine installation.
6. The machine replacement and the extension of the warranty after any failure are excluded.
Repair, modification or replacement of parts within the warranty period does not require the
extension of the warranty of machines. The manufacturer will not provide any
reimbursement for any direct or indirect damage caused to people or to products other than
the ones supplied, as well as any reimbursement for loss of service, contract time or loss of
content.
7. The manufacturer declines any responsibility for possible damages caused, directly or
indirectly, to people, animals or things caused by non-compliance with the instructions
manuals and, in particular, with installing, use and service operating instruction.
8. Packing, transport freights and customs fees for replacement of parts under warranty are
always on customers' charge.
9. The manufactures excludes all other warranties, and the warranty that importers/dealers
might grant to their customers are subject to their own responsibility.
Labour, travel and any other additional costs to repair or replace defective or damaged parts
