being programmed to stop dispensing the product.
The new value of the dose expressed in volume flow
meter pulses is stored in EEPROM. At the same
time, the LED relative to the programmed dose goes
off, the T5 LEDS of all of push-button panels start
blinking and the LEDS relative to the doses to be
programmed come back on and remain on
constantly. It is thus possible to program the
remaining doses (even tea doses) without having to
enter programming again.
i) To program the remaining coffee doses (if the 5
second programming time-out has not been
exceeded), repeat points b) and c) in sequence.
j) If the time-out (5 seconds) kicks in during the
programming phase, repeat the entire sequence
described in points a), b) and c) to carry out the
programming.
IMPORTANT: the programming carried out
on the FIRST
automatically transferred to all the other units
also. However, this does not jeopardise the possibility of
programming the remaining units independent of the
first through the operations described in points a), b) and
c).
10.1.2 Pre-brewing
Dosing makes it possible to enable or disable the PRE-
BREWING function directly from the push-button
panel. The system also allows disabling the pre-brewing
function only on dose buttons T3 and T4.
Do the following to enable the pre-brewing function:
g) Starting from the OFF status, power the machine
keeping the T1 button pressed. The lighting up of
the respective T1 LED indicates that pre-brewing
has been enabled. Turn the system off and on again
to restore normal machine operation.
h) To disable the pre-brewing function, repeat the
same procedure as above and specifically: starting
from the OFF status, power the machine keeping the
T2 button pressed. The lighting up of the respective
T2 LED indicates that pre-brewing has been
disabled. Turn the system off and on again to restore
normal machine operation.
i) Do the following to enable the pre-brewing function
on buttons T3 and T4 (only if already enabled on
T1 and T2):
j) Starting from the OFF status, power the machine
keeping buttons T1GR1 and T1GR2 pressed
simultaneously. The lighting up of the respective
T1GR1 and T1GR1 LEDS indicates that pre-
brewing has been enabled on dose buttons T3 and
T4. Turn the system off and back on again to restore
normal machine operation.
k) Do the following to disable the pre-brewing
function on buttons T3 and T4 (only if already
enabled on T1 and T2):
l) Starting from the OFF status, power the machine
keeping buttons T1GR1 and T1GR2 pressed
simultaneously. The lighting up of the respective
T1GR1 and T2GR1 LEDS indicates that pre-

brewing has been enabled on dose buttons T3 and
T4. Turn the system off and back on again to restore
normal machine operation.
11. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations should be carried out
with the machine turned off and cold and with
the power-supply plug disconnected.
To clean do not use metal or abrasive tools like steel
wool, metal brushes, needles, etc. and detergents, but use
a damp cloth or sponge.
11.1 Resetting the safety thermostat (Figure 10)
The machine has a manual reset safety thermostat that
switches off the heating process in case of failure.
The red push-button for resetting the thermostat is
located under the machine base.
If the orange indicator light that indicates that the boiler
heating element is operating does not light up, the
thermostat might have kicked in. To reset, just press the
red push-button. If heating is not reactivated after
resetting the thermostat, or it kicks in again, contact
technical assistance.

11.2. Daily

Clean the steam pipe.

Clean the spray head and the group gasket of the
unit (Figure 11).

Rinse the filters and the filter holder with hot water
and a cloth or sponge.

Wash the drip tray.

Check and if necessary clean the drain tray in the
base.
