Select the desired CTCSS code (0-38) by means of the
Up key (6) or the Down key (9). The CTCSS function is
switched off with the setting "00". This means that you can
receive all people transmitting on the channel that you have
set, even if they have set an CTCSS code.
However, others who have set an CTCSS code on their
walkie-talkies cannot receive you. To establish communi-
cation, all participating walkie-talkies must be set to the
same CTCSS code and the same channel.
Confirm the entry by pressing the On/Off & Confirm key (7)
and the device changes over to the basic indication.
Setting the Volume
Press the Up key (6) three times. Then, press the
On/Off & Confirm key (7) to confirm the entry.
Press the Up key (6) or Down key (9) to set the volume.
Press the On/Off & Confirm key (7) to confirm the adjusted
volume.
Setting the Squelch
Press the Up key (6) four times. Then, press the
On/Off & Confirm key (7) to confirm the entry.
Press the Up key (6) or Down key (9) to set the desired
squelch value.
Press the On/Off & Confirm key (7) to confirm the adjusted
value.
Setting the VOX function
Your device is equipped with a VOX function (voice control). This is an automatic
function which allows you to operate your walkie-talkie without using your hands.

MANU = Lorsqu'un signal est reconnu sur le canal réglé,
un bip sonore se fait entendre et l'éclairage de fond
clignote pendant 10 secondes. Sur l'écran apparaît.
Lorsqu'un signal est reçu en mode MANU, vous pouvez
passer en mode émetteur récepteur ou revenir en mode radio
en appuyant sur la touche réglage vers le haut (6) ou
sur la touche réglage vers le bas (9). Confirmez votre
choix en appuyant ur la touche marche/arrêt
& confirmation (7).
Si la touche marche/arrêt & confirmation (7) n'est pas
appuyée dans les 10 secondes qui suivent, l'appareil
repasse en mode radio.
Autres fonctions de réglage
Régler l'éclairage de fond
Appuyez neuf fois sur la touche réglage vers le haut (6) si
l'appareil se trouve en mode émetteur récepteur ou bien
quatre fois si l'appareil se trouve en mode radio. Appuyez
la touche marche/arrêt & confirmation (7) pour confirmer
votre choix.
Appuyez sur la touche réglage vers le haut (6) ou sur
la touche réglage vers le bas (9) pour régler l'éclairage
de fond désiré.
C0 = éclairage de fond vert
C1 = éclairage de fond rouge
C2 = éclairage de fond rouge/vert
Appuyez sur la touche marche/arrêt & confirmation (7) pour confirmer la
valeur choisie. L'éclairage de fond apparaît pour 15 secondes puis il s'éteint.
Vous ne pouvez pas choisir des couleurs différentes pour l'éclairage de fond en
mode radio et en mode émetteur récepteur ! L'éclairage de fond est activé dès
qu'une touche de l'appareil est appuyée.
