Removing and replacing parts

7.1.1 Removing the spindle

 Release the circlip (pos. 50)
 Turn the spindle (pos. 40) until it can
be pulled from the
base plate (pos. 10)

7.1.2 Complete dismantling

 Dismantle spindle (Chapter 7.1.1)
 Remove the circlip (pos. 100) from the groove
 Release the screw (pos. 80)
 Take the carriage (pos. 20) out of the base plate

7.2 Assembly

Carry out assembly in the reverse order.
During assembly it is important to ensure that the sealing ring (pos. 100) is correctly fitted
near the head of the spindle. Apply sufficient grease when assembling the spindle unit.

Taking out of service

The clamping device and all accessories can be disposed of as scrap metal without any risk.
