Telephoning
Muting the ringtone
When a call comes and the telephone is ringing, press the Delete key, it
will stop ringing. You can take the call as long as the caller did not hang up.

Music on hold

If you hold a call, the caller will hear music during this time. The microphone
on your telephone will be muted.
When talking over handset
1 Press HOLD key to enter the hold mode and the hold music is sent out
(on your phone as well as on the other phone).

If you replace the handset, the handsfree mode is activated
automatically and the call is hold furthermore.
2 To resume the call, press HOLD key again.
When talking at hands-free mode
1 Press HOLD key to enter the hold mode and the hold music is sent out
(on your phone as well as on the other phone).
2 To resume the call, press HOLD key again.

If you pick up the handset, you can continue the conversation
immediately using the handset.
Setting the music
1 Lift the receiver or press the handsfree button.
2 Press HOLD key.
3 Press OUT key to select the melody and set the desired volume by pres-
sing the Up key ▲ or the Down key ▼.
