■ Only switch on the steam when the water reservoir is fi lled with water as otherwise
the water pump may be damaged and the useful service life of the device may be
shortened.
■ Protect the device from heat, naked fl ames, extreme temperatures, persistent mois-
ture, wet conditions and collisions.
■ Always test the device fi rst on a small, inconspicuous spot on the clothing.
■ Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device. These can
damage the surface. Do not use any metal objects to remove dirt from the bottom of
the iron.

Device Functions

• The device features electronic temperature control which reliably sets and main-
tains the chosen temperature while the iron is connected to the mains power.
• With the regulator for steam the production of steam can be activated and deactivated.
• The device switches off if it overheats.
• Thanks to the stainless steel bottom of the iron, the device slides effortlessly over
the fabric during ironing.
