Extension Operation

Active Extension Operation via Insert 6805 U
The "active" extension functions in the same way as the
master. However, the set overtravel times of the master
and extension add up.
Therefore, we recommend,
- setting the short-time impulse on the 6805 U and
- the desired overtravel at the master.

Cause/Remedy
- Response threshold is set too
dark in a bright room or with
artificial light. Turn setscrew
in the direction of "bright".
- Lens is covered or soiled.
Uncover lens, clean with a
damp cloth.
- Series element or fuse is
defective. Check and replace.
- Line is broken; measure
and repair.
- Replace defective lamp.
- Replace line-side fuse/
switch on again.
- Repair incoming line.
- Install at correct height.
- Replace defective FM
Sensor.

also be completely covered.

switch arranged in parallel.
- Types 6800-xxx-102M/103 M/
104(M): reset slide switch to
"automatic".
Light switches ON and - Distance to connected
OFF continuously: luminaires is too short;
increase distance to luminai-
res or cover lens in the
direction of incidence with
the masking strip provided.
