11. MAINTENANCE AND CARE

The product does not require any maintenance, never take it apart. Repair or maintenance
work must be carried out by a specialist.
Terminate charging and disconnect the rechargeable battery from the charging cable before
cleaning. Then pull the mains plug from the mains socket.
The outside of the product should only be cleaned with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Dust can be
removed easily with a soft, clean brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions. They may damage the
surface of the casing (discolourations).

Meaning
The charger indicates readiness for char-
ging. It was connected to the mains but no
re-chargeable battery is connected.
The charger signals charging.
The charger signals the end of charging.
The charger has recognised an error and
charging was interrupted. In this case, the
rechargeable battery must be disconnected
from the charging cable and the charger
from the mains, and charging must be
restarted.
