Assembling the cordless reciprocating with in-
sulating material blade on the guide carriage
Now thread the blade, which is assembled on the saw,
through the guide carriage and the front and rear blade gui-
des. Then press the saw stop release button on the cord-
less reciprocating saw again (see assembly of the insula-
ting material blade on the cordless reciprocating saw) and
push the cordless reciprocating saw up to the end of the
saw stop on the guide carriage.
After unlocking the guide carriage at the blade guide lo-
cking mechanism, the guide carriage can be easily routed
down along the blade guide.
Caution:
Before unlocking the guide carriage, secure the cordless re-
ciprocating saw against dropping out with your other hand.
We recommend wearing suitable protective gloves during
all work on or with the ProCut mineral PLUS / ProCut mi-
neral PLUS 128!

The following applies as a general rule: dense and hard insulating material tends to require the use of a saw.
Note:
The use of the cordless reciprocating saw hugely facilitates cutting various insulating materials. If the cordless recipro-
cating saw is not available, or if the batteries are not sufficiently charged, you can also cut the insulating boards with an
insulating material knife or a mineral hand saw.
