Mounting the saw blade cover

 Mount the bracket using the supplied screws. Fig. 12
 Set up in-line with the cutting disc when deviating the receiving plate this.
 Fit the blade guard to the mounting plate with the locking screw and the 6-point nut. Fig.13
 Make sure that the blade guard does not touch the blade.

OPERATION

14.1

Operating instructions:

 Put the tile cutter securely on the ground. The cutting blade must not be with the ground or
other objects in conjunction.
 Check each time before the blade is in good condition and securely attached
 Fill the water reservoir up to the mark with water. Fig. 5
14.2 Operation:

14.2.1 Motor start / stopp

Switch ON
 Check that the blade runs freely.
 Ensure that the work surface is free of tools and objects.
 Turn on the machine by pressing one of the green ON button.
Switch OFF
 Run the material from the blade.
 Turn on the machine by pressing from the red OFF button.

14.2.2 Notes:

 Cut only as fast as it allows the material. If the speed of the cutting wheel in the feed greatly
reduced, slow down the feed!
 No lateral pressure on the blade.
 No operation without mounted blade guard!
 Do not force. Material in the blade Let's eat the material into the blade.
 No Dry cutting saw blades are suitable for wet cutting.
 No curves intersect.

MAINTENANCE

15.1

Maintenance activities:

Make sure that repairs to the motor and the machine are performed by qualified personnel.
Make sure that the plug is removed from the electrical outlet before performing maintenance.
