Ventile auswechseln
Undichte oder beschädigte Ansaug-, Ausstoß- und Rück-
führventile sind sofort auszuwechseln (siehe Zubehör und
Ersatzteile Punkt 19).
13.1. Ansaugventil auswechseln
- Reinigung durchführen (siehe Punkt 11).
- Ansaugschlauch abschrauben.
- Gerät auf den Kopf stellen, damit Ventilkugel
bei Austauschvorgang nicht herausfällt.
- Ansaugventil mit Montageschlüssel heraus-
schrauben und die Ventilkugel herausnehmen.
- Kugel wieder einsetzen und neues Ansaug-
ventil einschrauben und mit Montageschlüssel
festdrehen.
- Ansaugschlauch bis zum Anschlag aufstecken und Über-
wurfmutter festdrehen (siehe Punkt 6.1.).

Valve replacement
Leaking or damaged suction, ejection and recirculation
valves should be replaced immediately (see accessories and
spare parts in chapter 19).
13.1. Suction valve replacement
- Realise cleaning (see chapter 11).
- Unscrew the suction hose.
- Stand the unit on its head to prevent the valve
ball falling out during replacement.
- Unscrew the suction valve with the assembly
wrench and remove the valve ball.
- Insert the ball again and screw on the new
suction valve, tightening with the assembly
wrench.
- Push on the suction hose up to the stop and tighten the
union nut firmly (see chapter 6.1.).
