h) Switching the DCF-Signal on and off

• To switch off the DCF signal (RCC), push the button "RCC" (B11) for approx. 8 seconds.
It is located at the rear of the radio protection alarm clock below the battery compart-
ment lid. Release the button when the display shows "OFF".
• To switch on the DCF signal (RCC), push the button "RCC" (B11) for approx. 8 seconds
again. Release the button when the display shows "ON".
• If you push the button "RCC" (B11) only briefly, you will start DCF reception manually.

9. Resetting to the factory settings

Proceed as follows to reset the radio protection alarm clock to factory settings.
• Push the recessed button "RESET" (B8), e.g. with a ballpoint pen. The button is locat-
ed at the rear of the product, below the battery compartment lid.
• Release the button again when the display goes out.
• The display shows all display segments and the alarm clock will emit a brief signal
sound.
• The system is now reset to factory settings.
Alternatively, you can also simply remove the batteries. After the display has gone
out, wait for approx. 5 seconds before re-inserting the batteries.
The alarm clock must not be connected to the plug-in mains adapter for this.
